• technical data, such as IP address, device and browser type, language, security logs, cookies, and similar local identifiers.

We use data to create and perform orders, communicate with users, verify payments, prevent fraud, carry out AML/KYC and sanctions screening, secure the website and its users, handle claims, comply with applicable law, and improve the Service.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in security and legal protection, or consent for optional technologies. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.

We obtain data from users, website security logs, banks, payment systems, blockchain networks, transaction counterparties and, where necessary, identity-verification or blockchain-analytics providers.

Only data necessary for a specific purpose may be shared with hosting and IT providers, email and communications providers, banks and payment partners, exchange counterparties, KYC/AML and blockchain-analytics providers, professional advisers, and competent public authorities where a lawful basis exists.

As of the effective date, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Microsoft Clarity, and third-party online chat are not enabled on the website.

Transactions and technical providers may involve several countries, so data may be processed outside the user's country. Where required, we use lawful contractual and organisational safeguards and transfer only data necessary for the relevant purpose.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the transaction, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Order, payment, and AML/KYC records are generally retained for up to five years after the relationship ends, unless applicable law or a lawful request requires longer retention. Security logs are generally retained for up to 12 months, support correspondence for up to three years, and backups are removed on a rolling schedule.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, logging, backups, and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of their data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. Requests may be sent to support@onegin-exchange.com; we may verify the requester's identity to protect the data.

Users may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee where applicable.

The Service is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
